Please pay your order by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / JCB). All ticket prices are in NT dollars.
Please contact the bank of your credit card to confirm how the exchange rate works.

How can I acquire my tickets? |
|
After we check the validity of your payment, you will be informed the order serial number and the password by e-mail.
Please print out the email or write down the order serial number and the password and take it to the game venue. We will pack your tickets by orders.
You can acquire tickets at least 2 hours before the game starts in the ticket-service-center.
Notice!
If the tickets are not acquired in time due to any personal issue, no refund will be qualified.
Please keep your order serial number and password secret. We only check this information to issue your tickets!

How do I change or update an order after checking out successfully? |
|
Orders already paid can not be changed or updated. You may request to return your tickets for a refund.

How do I return the tickets and receive my refund? |
|
1. Requests for ticket refunds must be submitted to the Allgenki Ticket System
three days before the start of the competition, and will be subject to
a charge of 10% of the ticket price.
Please contact us to indicate which order that need to be dealt with.
Partial refund of an order is acceptable.
2. In case postponement or cancellation of an event occurs, refunds or replacement tickets shall be issued at the discretion of the KOC. There can be no refunds or replacements for damaged tickets or unidentified tickets.

1. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the KOC may result in losing the right to admission associated with the ticket.
2. Tickets that are used, lost, damaged or unidentified must be repurchased.
